	09 Mar 10	US will conduct full sunset review of AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture
		The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to conduct a full five- year ("sunset") review concerning the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China.  As a result of this vote, the ITC will conduct a full review to determine whether revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.  News Release

	09 Mar 10	US will conduct expedited sunset review of AD order on crepe paper
		The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite its five-year ("sunset") review concerning the antidumping duty order on crepe paper products from China . As a result of this vote, the ITC will conduct an expedited review to determine whether revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.  News Release

	08 Mar 10	India - anti-dumping duties on PTFE to continue

	04 Mar 10	US - preliminary dumping determination for magnesia carbon brick
		The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations on imports of magnesia carbon brick from China and Mexico.  The DOC is currently scheduled to issue its final determinations in July 2010.  Fact Sheet

	03 Mar 10	US - preliminary subsidy finding on potassium permanganate
		The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation on imports of certain potassium phosphate salts from China.  The DOC is currently scheduled to make its final determination in May 2010.  Fact Sheet

	03 Mar 10	US - preliminary subsidy determination on coated paper
		The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations on imports of certain coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia.  The DOC is currently scheduled to make its final determinations in July 2010. 	01 Mar 10	Turkey to monitor imports of investigated products
		The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no 2010/21 on Imports, adopted a monitoring mechanism for products subject to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations. Under the new legislation the imports from all countries of the subject products shall be monitored from the date of the initiation of the investigation in order to prevent anti-circumvention. 	01 Mar 10	Turkey extends safeguard measures on three household products
		Turkey extends safeguard measure on mirrors from Iran The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no 2010/06 on Safeguard Measure in Importation, decided to extend the safeguard measure applied to unframed glass mirror from Islamic Republic of Iran for a period of four years. The measure takes the form of an import quota of 1481 tons to be increased by 5 % every year. Communiqué (in Turkish)  News item provided by ACTECON Turkey extends safeguard measure on vacuum cleaners The Turkish Council of Ministers, through Decision no 2010/150, adopted a decision for the extension of the safeguard measure applied to vacuum cleaners. The measure takes the form of an additional duty equal to the difference between the CIF unit value and a threshold price. Decision (in Turkish)  News item provided by ACTECON Turkey extends safeguard measure on steam smoothing irons The Turkish Council of Ministers, through Decision no 2010/151, adopted a decision for the extension of the safeguard measure applied to steam smoothing iron. The measure takes the form of an additional duty per unit. 	01 Mar 10	Turkey extends safeguard measure on footwear
		The Turkish Council of Ministers, through Decision no 2010/153, adopted a decision for the extension of the safeguard measure applied to certain footwear. 	01 Mar 10	US - AD duty on plastic tape to continue
		The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty finding on pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.  As a result of the ITC's affirmative determination, the existing finding on imports of this product from Italy will remain in place.  News Release
