09 Mar 10 US will conduct full sunset review of AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture
    The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to conduct a full five- year ("sunset") review concerning the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China.  As a result of this vote, the ITC will conduct a full review to determine whether revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.  News Release

04 Mar 10 US - preliminary dumping determination for magnesia carbon brick
    The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations on imports of magnesia carbon brick from China and Mexico.  The DOC is currently scheduled to issue its final determinations in July 2010.  Fact Sheet

01 Mar 10 Turkey to monitor imports of investigated products
    The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no 2010/21 on Imports, adopted a monitoring mechanism for products subject to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations. Under the new legislation the imports from all countries of the subject products shall be monitored from the date of the initiation of the investigation in order to prevent anti-circumvention.     Turkey extends safeguard measure on mirrors from Iran

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no 2010/06 on Safeguard Measure in Importation, decided to extend the safeguard measure applied to unframed glass mirror from Islamic Republic of Iran for a period of four years. Turkey extends safeguard measure on vacuum cleaners

The Turkish Council of Ministers, through Decision no 2010/150, adopted a decision for the extension of the safeguard measure applied to vacuum cleaners. Turkey extends safeguard measure on steam smoothing irons

The Turkish Council of Ministers, through Decision no 2010/151, adopted a decision for the extension of the safeguard measure applied to steam smoothing iron. The measure takes the form of an additional duty per unit.
