China imposes preliminary AD duties on imports of Broiler Products or Chicken Products |

On February 5, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM) issued Public Notice No. 8 [2010], announcing its affirmative preliminary determination in the anti-dumping investigation on imports of Broiler Products or Chicken Products originating in the US. The dumping margins range from 43.1% to 105.4%. As of February 13, 2010, importers will provide corresponding deposits to Customs of the PRC pursuant to each company’s dumping margin determined by this preliminary determination.
