Turkey to monitor imports of investigated products |

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no 2010/21 on Imports, adopted a monitoring mechanism for products subject to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations. Under the new legislation the imports from all countries of the subject products shall be monitored from the date of the initiation of the investigation in order to prevent anti-circumvention.
