US - final dumping and CVD determination on magnesia carbon bricks |

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations on imports of magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD and CVD) and Mexico (AD). The US International Trade Commission is scheduled to issue its final determinations on or about September 9, 2010. If the ITC makes affirmative determinations that imports of magnesia carbon bricks from China and/or Mexico materially injure, or threaten material injury to the domestic industry, Commerce will issue AD and CVD orders. If the ITC makes negative injury determinations, these investigations will be terminated. Fact Sheet
