US will expedite sunset review of AD and CVD on carbazole violet pigment 23 |

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite its five-year ("sunset") reviews concerning the countervailing duty and antidumping duty orders on carbazole violet pigment 23 from China and India. As a result of these votes, the ITC will conduct expedited reviews to determine whether revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
